I placed my order a little less than one-month ago, it's being shipped early next week. I cannot say enough about their customer service: flawless communication, detailed responses to my numerous queries, always polite and free-flowing with hints and suggestions.
For those of you who are thinking about straying away from the norm, I highly suggest Optic-Craft.
I will post pics of the mount, wedge, and tripod when they arrive.

An Optic-Craft is the permanent mount of choice for our planned new Observatory.
It's nice to find professional/research quality alternatives among those of the mass market; money well spent, in my view.
