Ive read many good things about their service on here and have tried to make contact but to no avail.

I want to buy 2 GSO EP's and a GSO Barlow, and have sent them emails asking them if the EP's and Barlow are as they are pictured.

I read their disclaimer that pictures are for illustration purposes only and that some cosmetic changes can be made by the manufacturer thus not looking like the pics.

Ive sent 3 emails and contacted them via their website and ebay store but no answer.

Phoning is an option but being in Australia Id prefer email contact.

And if your wondering why I would like the EP's to look like the pictured items, ie GSO branding etc, I own the GSO 32mm EP and just want to have a nice set of the same looking EP's, I know its pedantic but thats me.

Not sure what to do, the only email I have is info@agenaastro.com.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Incidentally what prompted me to post here was when I didn't receive a reply to my eBay question. Which was really strange. Otherwise I think Id still be emailing him...isn't that the definition of insanity

The GSO branded EP's are available here online in Australia, and that's where I purchased the 32mm. I also purchased a 25mm but it was different cosmetically (probably from another batch) and I really wanted to create a set, the retailer was happy to refund so had no issue there. I just wanted to make sure Manish had the same ones as pictured to avoid returns.

Anyway all is sorted now, so thanks again to everyone.

In general, I think you are much better off calling companies, or at least following up your emails with a phone call if you get no response in a reasonable time. Emails are just not 100% reliable. They can get waylaid by spam filters, tossed in junk mail folders either by your provider and by your email program, or simply not get where they are going. Even though I am pretty careful sorting through my emails, I've sometimes mistakenly deleted wanted emails along with the junk that arrives, and I suspect I am not alone.

So, if you don't get a response to your first email, follow up with a phone call. It may save you time and aggravation.

Alan you're absolutely right.

For the record Manish does state on the Agena contact page to call them in the event of no response to emails and in future I think I will.

Now Im curious why my emails didnt get through and if any of my other important emails have had the same issue.

I used my personal email account ie my ISP email and only use that email address for important stuff instead of hotmail or yahoo.

Manish and I are trying to work out why.

The good part is contact has been made, thanks to CN and you guys.
