Here are my deep sky observations from 11 February. First is the Eskimo Nebula. I was surprised at how big and bright this nebula was.

It isn't much to look at, but I've always wanted to see a quasar. It's incredible to see an object over two billion light-years distant outshining a star in our galaxy.

Beautiful sketches. You have been busy like a person with some kind of cabin fever. Great sketches - I especially like those galaxies in Leo both look eyepiece exact.

Very nice rendering of the central portion of M42! I'll bet that took the longest to sketch, but I also like the color you show in the Eskimo. Nice sketches all.
