I am not being critical and love outreach but I am left wondering why people are going "WOW!!" or "this is so Cool" or "Sign me up" when no one seems to know what they are WOWing about, what they think is cool or what exactly they are signing up for :D Aren't there already lots of outreach coordinating umbrella groups promoting local national and international outreach events already?
