I set-up early in the evening last night under a cloudless sky but failed to check the satellite charts for cloud cover that started moving in later. There was passing clouds that interfered at one time or another with just about everything I pointed at.
By the time it started thinning, the moon was well up in the sky to finish anything the clouds couldn't take care of.
I did get a decent look at M106. That was a first for me. I was surprised I could see it at all with the glare of the moon. I also looked at a small interesting group of stars in Cygnus that was composed of two blue stars and a larger reddish companion. I didn't see a formal name for it on the chart but it's near NCG6884 in the northwest portion of Cygnus.
I packed it in about 2230. I left the scope covered outside last night. We'll see how it goes tonight.

So instead of a GOTO scope you needed a GOAROUND unit.
Are you getting a chance to see Mars at all?

Not really, unless I get up very early like I do for work (0330). Trees and a large building block the view until it is almost due south of my position.
I put the Leupold on the 700 today.

Saturday night was no better. Since I'm not really into lunar observation I think it would be best to just keep the scope indoors during the full moon and find something else to do.
Even if I wanted to view the moon I have to wait until 0200 for it to clear the trees.
Looked at the Ring (barely) and a couple of open clusters in Cassiopia and that was about it.
There's always next weekend.
