I know it might sound like a stupid question, but where can I buy the black sketching paper you all use, and where can I get the white writing utensil you sketch with?

I purchased my supplies from a local hobby/craft store. Sometimes it takes a couple of hobby stores. One I use is called Hobby Lobby. Some items I order online.

I get most of my supplies at Michaels. However, this fancier art store that I like more is Hyatts. You can do a little research on the internet to find a local art store.
By the way, you don't necessarily have to use black paper and white pencil. You can always inverse the the colors of your sketches as well. When it comes to adding color to the sketches and using this technique it can get a little tricky, other than that it's pretty simple.

I have to buy online as most of the art stores in Ireland don't have much range. (Plus, they don't seem to import Strathmore Artagain at all over here, which I've found to be by far the best black paper.)
(BTW, if it's for night-time sketches, I use black pencils on white paper and then invert in Photoshop after scanning. I only use black paper and white pencils for solar sketching, where the glare off the paper is otherwise too much.)
