I have an older DS90 and was also wondering about the same, but after looking into this, I concluded that it is not worth the hassle and/or cost, primarily because of challenges with balancing a foreign scope.

Ive made my own ds dovetail adapter, and there is no problem balancing the scope as you can move it back and forth in the dovetail saddle. I mean as long as you are not trying to mount
anything over about 5 inch.

Anyone needs a ds dovetail adapter, ask me. Should be able
to make one if anyone needs it.
