It will be interesting to see how the new Apogee RA-70-SA's with Semi-Apo Triplet Objectives compare with the Fuji 16X70 FMT-SX.

OH! THAT'S what you mean by "urban use". The imagination was left to wonder what the blank matter-o-fact statement meant Erik.
Yep, I have greatly enjoyed my deluxe II bins. They are not optically perfect and I would not expect that for their price, but IMO they have a decent balance between price and quality. They go where my BT100 can not go. That's their purpose.
If I am not mistaken the 16x70 bins...regardless of maker..has been herald as the optimal blend of portability, and light grab for binoculars. I can only imagine that Fujinon has made a very nice 16x70 binocular.
