Well i was cruising the local craigslist and couldn't pass up a $10 refractor that was 15 min drive from my work. The main objective cleaned up nicely had about 2" dust on both ends. Only came with one unlabeled ep. It's heavy and definitely glass not plastic.

The tripod needs some work or needs the legs completely replaced. I'm thinking it's probably going to be the latter.

I pointed the thing at a tree that is about 1.5 miles off from the house and could tell that it was an oak by the leaf structure.
