Nice! Looks like that refractor might be a little tough to view through at times though!

My point being... I am not using my refractor any more It did show me some five to six hundred NGC objects though. All hail Tele Vue.

Is that brown case an old-style Tele Vue case, or what? Currently, Tele Vue cases are silvery, if I remember correctly.

Yes, the case is from the time of Comet Halley, as we recon those things, and Tele Vue's sojourn at Pearl River.

"Tele Vue's sojourn at Pearl River"

I'm sorry to be so dumb, but what does that phrase refer to???

Thank you.

Wow! So is that a "floor roll-off"? It looks like you could just slide it in and out of that shed. That is awesome!

Actually, the shed itself slides off on some rails. The scope doesn't move nor does the deck. The scope is tilted all the way down for storage. Kind of a slick setup.

The ED 127 or the AR 127?

I can find both scopes in dealer stock currently.

Tube perspective on my Celestron/Vixen SPC 102 "Purple Planet Eater". Color included, this scope has been set up to appeal to the kids. Just ask Marvin the Martian!
