Across from my plant, in the woods there must be thousands of tree frogs, on a calm night , theres a chorus of them, wish I could record them.

Well my new friend Kelly McGrew flew in today and drove over with his wife in a rental SUV to pick up the 16" Meade, the AP1200 and the pier. They are on their way home in Land O Lakes Florida. Now my bills are paid off! Now I can start saving money to start off the right way on a cash basis. It's too easy to get off track with credit card debt and won't let that happen again! My first order of business is to save for a new pier. I am going to get the BYO pier this time around. Then I will start saving for the AP1600! For now, I will begin by getting the Atlas EQ-G all set up for imaging with my Tak FSQ106N with the Zenithstar 66 piggyback.

I saw that 9mm rifle at our shooting club a few weeks ago. Nice rifle and shoots handgum ammo. Very lightweight so I've thought about picking one up. Can't remember the manuafacturer. Kel-tec?

Howdy Joel. The 9 is a High-Point model 995. I put a red dot finder type site on it. It's not an expensive piece. I got it used at our local Cabellas type place, "Fin Feather and Fur" for $200.
Here's Nikki with it and Di's .22 Marlin.

Next time, I'll bring the M1A1 carbine - finally got it cleaned up and blued.
Mosquitoes have been thick here...I should maybe put this in the classified: My latest artistic creation, which I call Montage l'Mosquit, a combination of mosquito performance art with media provided by me. On the market for $50,000.

And a gratuitous shot of Nelson:

Well I am back in the imaging track again. My rig these days is a superb Atlas EQ-G mount with the Takahashi FSQ 106N scope and using my SBIG ST8300 camera, I shot the Lagoon Nebula and the North American Nebula on Friday night/Saturday morning...
