I cannot access "Help" in HNSky; even though I have Service Pack 2 installed on my Vista; also cannot access it on Windows 7.

Link

Any suggestions as to how I can access the "Help" section?

I believe that you need to convert the HLP format to CHM; Google for more info or start here: http://www.bestshareware.net/howto/convert-hlp-to-chm.htm

I bought a new Windows 7 computer a week ago. Last night, I encountered the HNSKY help file display glitch. I remembered this post. After a first "failed" effort to understand Microsoft's instructions, I downloaded the file from the link that bob74741 posted in late May.

I ditched this download immediately because Spybot Search and Destroy declared "fraud" in its heuristic scan. I went back to Microsoft and patiently deciphered what I had to do and installed the file needed to use the HNSKY help.

I have used Spybot for many years. The "fraud" result could be wrong. But I follow its results with appropriate action. I am not expert enough to analyze further the .exe download from that link. The file is gone and is not welcome on my computer.

Besst Regards,

I downloaded the file and ran it on a sacrificial Windows PC. It seems fine. Various AV and Anti-MalWare apps gave the executable (and Windows) a clean bill of health.

Oh and the application seems to work as advertised.

If you want it, download the zipped executable here:
