The items in the picture show everything that I can associate to it as a package, but I was wondering if there might be more items to make a complete package (like adapters or T-rings?) I have a bunch of adapters but I can't find too much info on what pieces might go with it. The T-ring you will need is the Pentax screw mount T-ring. You already have the focusing mangifier and I suppose the camera has the aerial focusing screen with crosshairs. If not get such a screen.
