A quick google search did not give me an answer... What I am thinking of doing is trying to take an OTA on a transatlantic flight. That is, I had a big bag for the fork and base, and put the tube in a hard-shell and there were no problems, except for the 100 dollar extra luggage fee. I have the dimensions of my suitecase, if that helps, that is if I have not thrown it away. There was like 2mm of room, but it was perfectly sung. I was thinking of taking the ota out of the fork and bringing it on board. But I need the dimensions of the ota. I'm planning on buying one overseas and bringing it back with me. Note that these dimensions do not include a visual back or digaonal. Hope that helps. I still don't have mine, but I think it's not that simple to remove the OTA from the fork. I know a few guys on here have done it to swap tubes, ad mirror locks, move to GEM mounts, etc. I'm considering it myself for the benefits of a GEM. Post Extras:       Pages: 1
