Handle for front of a C11? new
      #5304804 - 07/06/12 02:55 AM

Does anyone make a handle similar to the one attached to the rear cell of the C11. I want one on the front, perhaps attached to the dovetail bar. If not I will see if I can make one. I have always wondered why C never put one on the front, as it sure would make it a lot easier to handle and mount the OTA on a GEM or alt az mount with out having to give it a bear hug.

I have ADM Minirails on the top of my SCTs and I made a handle to slide on and off.

I have one "good" hand and need something to hang onto while I hoist the scope onto the mount. It's also nice to have at the end of the session when I'm tired and ready for bed.

Cheers,

Ron
