A while ago I decided to set myself a project of sketching all 110 Messiers, no time restraints and no rush just more of an effort on my part to slow down my observing sessions and really enjoy all the beautiful objects that Messier catalogued.
We've had an unusual spell of good weather in the UK and I've been out making the most of it, all the rain and cloud that summer has given us so far is now long forgotten.
This M20 sketch was done at a local dark site and there is a few other new sketches on my blog from the last few nights if you'd like to see more or read some details of each sketch.

Great sketches! I like the globulars most (I have great difficulties with these). But the link to the lunar sketches isn't working

Fixed that link Jef, only three lunar sketches in there at the moment though.
Thanks everyone for the positive feedback.

Mike, we here in Oz would like our clear skies back, thank you very much!
Good sketch, mate. M20 is a beastie that does need time to tease out the details. Impressive, Mike.
Alex.
