Hi folks,
I was wondering if any of you know of a planning software for androids- im talking a list generating tool where you can just input you criteria - time and date, location, min/max ra and dec or alt/az, mag. etc and then it just generates a list with all the objects.
Basically something like the Maxim DL tool under the observatory tab, but for android
I would imagine it is easier than making a typical planetarium software which abund for android platform, yet i was unable to locate a simple object generator tool

Although it won't "generate" an observation list for you, StarLog does allow you to import such a list and than log the objects on that list. You can also create and edit lists in the app itself. Have a look here for a demo.

I picked up Starlog for my Android tablet a few days ago...gotta say it's quite neat and useful....even the free version has allot going for it...including an add...Will use it in place of the soggy notebooks of the past...give it a shot..
