Thanks for the interesting review.

I noticed that some of the welds shown in the article are if nothing else sloppy.

Thank you.

The welds are strong and clean. The only place noticeably uneven were in the three bolts that are used to screw down to the ground, keeping the buggy from moving while observing. Those welds appear to be strong and only affect the bolts' aesthetics. The rest of the buggy is very aesthetically  pleasing and sturdy.

I looked at other carts and casters before purchasing this buggy. All of them had too small (and hard) of wheels that would have made it nearly impossible to use on anything but pavement, whereas the pneumatic rubber tires of the ScopeBuggy are perfect for rolling a scope across a yard or field to pick the best observing location that session. I also think the the three wheel design makes it more maneuverable. It's very easy to steer and pull and there's no worry of pushing the scope off the buggy like I've seen in other designs.

Excellent review, Erika. Clear and concise, I especially appreciate your thorough use of photographs to take us through the assembly and any complications you encountered. Well done!

I got one for my losmandy mount and C14 on top with the big tires, they contacted me to make sure it was the right size.
Same kind of experience, satified with the scopebuggy.

Thanks! I've used it several times since this review and am still very happy with the purchase.
