I have a quick question.
I have a opportunity to purchase AP600 E , the Non goto mount
No tripod or counterweights. In new condition
What would I expect to pay for a mount like this?
Not much previous purchase history so Im stunned

Hi Teddy,
I have one of these. The lowest they go is $2K which is what I paid for mine. However mine came with a DOVELM8 (Losmandy compatible dovetail saddle), counterweights, and Hardigg case. I would at least try to bargain a bit lower (say $1.8K) if those are missing.. the DOVELM8 is $137. You can buy new weights from AP directly - the 6# is $95 and the 9# is $115. I use a single 6# weight (at the very end of the shaft) to balance my 22lb imaging setup.
Also - does the one you want have the 9000 QMD controller? or the older one?
The 9000 QMD has PEM (periodic error correction) and backlash compensation, the older one doesn't.
Note that you will also have to buy an ADATRI (it's only $60 new) to mount the AP600 to whichever tripod you fancy. I made a tripod out of wood..
I'm in the process of converting my AP600E to GoTo. It has not been a cheap process (over $1K spent so far) but I expect great things  I will be posting my conversion process when it's done.

Its kind off what I thought too.
It does not come with counter weights but it does have saddle
