Here's a close up of the NW prom from this morning's Sun.
Sketched as per my normal media: Sketch created at the eyepiece with black Strathmore Artagain paper, white Conte’ pencil and crayon, and white color pencil.

Beautiful and detailed sketch, Erika. I like it. What magnification can you reach with your solar scope?

Erika,
Always a pleasure to look at your superb sketches. I think I can see a couple dancing here on the sun.

Thanks everyone.
Jean, I rarely go over 150x as the seeing is seldom good enough to do so. My typical magnification is 50x for close up work. If seeing is superb, I'll stick a 2.5x Barlow in the mix for the 150x.
