PECPrep can read a PhD log file and graph it, for one. nominally it's for generating PEC curves but you don't necessarily have to use it like that. it can be told to use the Dec data instead of RA data when converting the file, if you need to look at that.

Two minor corrections (Thanks Adam!)
Box 1: Column 8 should be "Dec Duration" Box 1: Are there sizable errors building up but the distance columns are zero?” should read “Are there sizable errors building up but the duration columns are zero”.
