Canon T1i clear glass modified, IDAS LPS-V4, Orion ED80 + Skywatcher 0.85x flattener, EQ6 EQMOD, guided with 9x50 Finder Scope, DSI Pro 2
50 x 300 seconds @ 1600 ISO
25 Dark frames
20 Flats
50 Bias
Total Exposure: 250 minutes

8-26-12 from 8 miles south of Shreveport, LA
30 x 120s at ISO 800
30 darks
10 flats
10 dark flats
30 bias

Taken with an unmodded T1i on a 1100 Edge HD with Hyperstar and Baader UHC-S filter on a CGEM DX
Guided with Orion Starshoot and 80mm Refractor
Taken with BYEOS and PHD, Stacked with DSS, and processed with Photoshop CS6

Captured with Backyard EOS, stacked in DSS, processed in Photoshop.

Mount: Celestron CI-700
Guide: 50mm finder, SSAG, PHD (heavy dither)
Camera: Canon 350D (modified)
Filter: Astronomik 6nm H-alpha EOS-clip
Exposure: 65x 600s @ ISO1600 (10 hours 50 mins)
Calibration: Flats and Flat-Darks - no main darks!
Location: Gambier Island, BC, Canada
When: Nights of August 4th, 5th and 6th

I never thought about, beeing the most elected.

Octobers challenge object shall be NGC 7273, the Helix Nebula.
