hi all,
here is my first Jupiter season 2012/13.
10.9.2012, 3:05 UT
150/907mm Newton, 5mm Genuine (=) 180x, without Filter
I 324° II 211°
Some hours later an object crashed into Jupiter.
I fixed the position into my sketch.
Have anybody observed Jupiter later ?
Is a changing in the region ?
Bye
Christian

First off, I think it's a really nice sketch, with a lot of detail. Good job...

I did yesterday morning, and I noticed nothing special. Perhaps any impact marks are too hard to see.

Christian,
This is a good looking sketch. I have seen a number of high resolution images of the impact region but nothing there I could pick out.
