A happy ending, that is good. It is also good that you did send the whole scope back because of that focuser issue. Didn't you say that the focuser was punch through the end of the case and was a bit rough?

The case was damaged from rough handling where the focuser end of the scope punched out the end of the case. A few of the thumb screws were bent and it needed a little TLC to fix it up which I did. I checked the optics and they were great so I was willing to keep it but wanted a new case. They asked for the complete scope with all accessories to be returned.

Super8, if you're pleased with the optics, and really fall in love with that beauty, there could be a Feathertouch or Moonlite focuser in your future...

I love spending other peoples money ; )
