M12 has always been one of my favorite objects. I love the contrast of the swarm of stars in the background of the cluster with a few lovely bright gems in the foreground.

Thanks guys!! I need to figure out how to get my scanner to scan better. It always seems to not give me enough dynamic range. I am working on the sketch of M27 I did that same night but it does not look as good as what the sketch gives.
I will keep working on it.

Globulars one some of my favorite objects, your sketch reminds me why. Always love that soft glow emerging from the dark sky and the sparkling face of the distant ball of stars.
