I made yet another post mistake. I copied and pasted data taken from the internet. I should have only posted the information link. Oops!

Hi All,
This sort of sums it up pretty clearly... (I wonder why there are far fewer restrictions for the "amateur" gold collector/ hunter?)

Note: How in the world can the government possibly enforce such rules?
