Needed Mount for C-9

I have a old c-9 (I think) that I've never been able to use as it does not have a mount. As I am retired I can't spend a lot for one, so I am looking for one. If anyone knows what kind of mount it need let me know. I forgot to say, it has a kine of ring system around the main tube but I've never seen anything like it before. if amyone have to let me know or whats to see a photo of the scope e-mail me at starlord05@netzero.net and I can then send a photo by e-mail.
