Hi all,
Very good seeing today prompted me to try eyepieces I don't normally consider with the PST. I began with the usual 10mm Sirius Plossl, then a 7mm TMB Planetary and finally a 6mm TMB II Planetary. the two Planetarys put up fine, steady images with more contrast than the 10 and sometimes 7.5 Plossls give on average.
This warm and windy day with a cold front moving in had the best seeing I recall in three years using the PST. First the H-a view with the beautiful SE prom that Andre has so elegantly captured:

Beautiful sketches my friend. So according to what you say, the PST handle comfortably the 6mm what give 66X. Cool. Nice details in your sunspots.

Thanks Andre.
A 6mm ep worked with the PST on this exceptional day but it needs more use to prove its practicality. I was also using a dark headcover that was quite troublesome in the windy conditions so that needs rethinking too.
