The GRS wake was nicely presented with a very dark spot in its wake. At first sight it almost looked like a moon shadow it was so distinct. Following the dark spot is another bright spot eruption in this north up view.
Seeing was better than average here but improved later on.
Captured with a Flea3 using FireCapture 2.1. Processed with AS2! and R6, color image combined and aligned in MaximDL.
Comments or questions welcome. Thanks for looking!

Nice work Glen, I noticed this morning that John Rogers has circulated a set of images depicting various bright spots, the dark spot also looks most interesting.

Nice Shot, Glenn. My data was insufficient to study this spot. I've sent a PM.

Thanks guys!
Later in the evening the seeing improved further into the good regime. Here is an image showing the NEB eruption currently in progress and the little red spot in the north.
Thanks for looking!

Great images Glenn! I have been curious about that spot for a while now. It has been interesting to watch it shift position along with the Oval BA relative to the GRS, plenty of good images around to track the movement.
