I recently renewed mine and I cannot get access to it, I sent an email to subscriber services a week ago and have not heard back from them. I was able to download the 12/2012 issue but when I tried to download the 11/2012 from the archive I got an error message stating "I am not a subscriber". I sent an email but didn't receive a reply. I called the telephone number listed in the error message and was given another phone number to call. The problem was fixed while I was on the phone. I recommend you call to get quicker access. When I renewed my subscription, access to the digital edition did not transfer over to the renewal. I simply had to request it again by logging into Sky & Tel's website. No harm done! But I've had too many problems trying to access the digital issues so at this point I'll stay with print. I still can't (as of Nov 1) access the December digital issue. I'll try sending an email, but I never get a response. [[[[[Edit.
