Hi all,
I'm building Moon mosaics and I'm stacking with Autostakkert!2, I have as a result about 100-200 Tiff files and I would like to apply wavelets to them.
Do you know a way to do this in batch mode? Registax6 has a batch/macro mode but it seems it would only accept video files as input...
I don't want to do the aligning/stacking in R6, Autostakker does it better and faster.
Any ideas?

Make the mosaic and try sharpening it  one big file.

Agreed, otherwise you end up with sharp edges on each sub-frame that won't seam up nicely.
Other options are to use Sikuli to automate mass keystroke, mouse actions. I used it quite successfully recently to stack and sharp 100's of thousands of frames.
