Well Alessandro, I don't mean to be rude, but I have 2 comments to make...
Another good image - congratulations! 
"Poor seeing" or 5/10 - sorry bro, but that's simply unbelievable imho, fullstop!
.....unless of course your imaging site is consistently around 8+/10 and you're actually referring to some "relative" appraisal apropos this...

Tks "kokatha man". I usually use "derotation metod" so I can choose 500/600 frames of 3000 for every channel.
So with derotation you are able to choose only best frames and you are able to elaborate a raw composed only by best frames.
However, I estimate the average seeing with a 5/10.
When I estimate seeing 7/10 or 8/10 means that seeing is good/very good and all frames of avi are really good.
