OK, first q (in CCD forum) was what adapter do I need to attach an Atik EFW2 to a C9.25 SCT. Question for this forum.... what adapter do I need at the other end of the EFW2 to attach it to a DMK 21AU618.AS.
So many questions, so few clear nights.

I have a Flea3, but they both have a cmount connection and applies here.
My setup with Barlow:
diagonal -> barlow -> 2" adapter connected to ATIK -> cmount to t-thread adapter* -> flea3

I am only using the diagonal until I can find a suitable connection to the visual back. A proper solution would be to get my hands on a Baader Click lock 3.29" to connect the barlow or atik to it directly using the supplied 2" adapter, but they are on back order with no date in sight.
Hopefully someone else with far more experience than I will chime in.

hey thanks. I'm having trouble connecting the other end also, I don't own a 2" focuser. I hadn't thought about the barlow. Its a 1.25. I wonder if I can put that after the filter wheel? I may have to make my own adapters.

There is an adapter for that too 
diagonal -> barlow with 1.25" -> 1.25" nose to t-thread* -> atik -> cmount to t-thread adapter -> flea3

I will take pictures of the variety of set ups that I have to show you what I'm doing.
Again the diagonal is not ideal.

I've re-purposed my Orion T-Thread Spacer Ring Kit. I've attached the 5mm to the extension tube on the DMK. I've also verified that I can do the same on the other end by inserting the 25mm spacer into the 2" atik EFW to make a threaded connection to the scope. I need to drill some screws to hold the 25mm spacer securely and then fill the small gap with epoxy. I actually think it will be a more secure connection then using a draw tube.

5mm spacer and extension tube supplied with DMK.

2. Gorilla duck tape cut in half and wrapped very tightly around extension tube.

3. 5mm spacer forced onto tape. Twist it on in the direction of the tape wrap.
