Tomm Lorenzin's 2000+ Web site
      #5505638 - 11/05/12 04:07 PM

Am I the only one who had not already found Tomm Lorenzin's "2000+ The Advanced Amateur Astronomer's Field Guide to Deep Sky Observing Database & Sky Atlas" Web site? http://www.1000plus.com/2000plus/

I saw an ad at A-mart for his 1000+ BOOK, and when I began searching for information and reviews, I came across this site.

Some great observational notes on the objects, and his charts, though not as highly detailed as more contemporary ones, are quite useful, too.

Tomm's website came up in another thread about a year ago. I really like his work and if he ever publishes 2000+ in book form I'd definitely buy it.

Tom is a really entertaining writer, too. I have 1000+ around here somewhere; I've always really enjoyed the book.

Is he spelling it "Tomm" now?

Yes, you'll find the spelling with two m's--plus an explanation of it--at his Web site.
