I'm not into Questars but thought that someone may want to take a look. I'm not the one selling it but know they are specialty scopes and was surprised to find one listed on CL. With all the extras it would probably be in the high $2000s. The CL listing might be a copy of the eBay listing and I would not trust it until I touched it. The eBay listing at least has a PayPal safety.
