I keep seeing reference to this process, but have yet to find out how. The QGuide is not supported any longer, but mine still works but not with my new (to me) Win7 laptop.
HELP!!

I never found a way to flash it. However, I also didn't have any issues using it with Win7. You might try downgrading to a 32-bit version of Win7 so you can use the drivers that come with it.
It's a good guider BTW. Just as good as a Starshoot or a QHY-5.
