My scope gets it power from a 13.8 regulated power supply. A few times, when I turn on the scope, the power light comes on but the handset does not. Then I will turn off the power and replug the handset and everything works fine. Any ideas what would cause this? Thanks. I do not believe its the handset because when it is like this, I can't connect to Nexremote either. If your HC has an older version, update it.
