We've had mostly good seeing for the past few days. It makes processing so much easier...
Sincerely,
Alain

Darryl, Glenn, thanks for the kind comment.
Here's one shot 10 minutes earlier but at F22. Processing is quite similar exept for saturation and color balance. I find it interresting to note the difference the FL has during processing on Ganymede.

Alain, an eclipse of Ganymede by Jupiter's shadow was well underway during your 4:32 UT image. If you look closely at Ganymede in your f22 image taken 10 minutes earlier at about 04:22 UT, the eclipse had just started as Jupiter's shadow had just barely taken a 'bite' out of Ganymede at it's lower left edge. Unfortunately it looks like you missed an opportunity for a nice sequence of the eclipse when you decided to switch from f22 to f30. Nonetheless, very fine images!
BTW--- I had fallen asleep earlier that evening, and only woke up just in time to get out and setup while the eclipse was already underway--- so I missed out on a good sequence too!

Thanks Trevor!
John, it's a chance you passed by cause i would have otherwise missed it. It seems so obvious know that i know! I had one more at F22 before the switch. This one is at 0425ut so 2 minutes after... A big thanks!

These shots of the moon being eclipse by the shadow are very cool. Nice work, Alain. Ganymede even appears to have a little detail. Were you using Flea3 on C11?
