Hello,

It's been a while since I've posted here--a combination of too busy with other things and too many clouds at the wrong time. Hope everyone is well.

I'm off this week and the weather is good so I took this look at the Daystar with my PST.

The prom on the SE limb was an eyecatcher. Plenty of bright plage was in evidence around the active regions. I was hoping to see a flare but was content with the elevated level in the plage.

I was struck by the number of Active Region Filaments (ARF) and Quiescent Region Filaments (QRF) that were scattered around the solar disk.

Great to see the Sun with so much activity.
