These are 52 second frames from my home in florida...C14 F2 mcx.They each are 52 seconds,but havent sean a sat do this b4....about 8pm from tampa 5 nights ago...
Most of my sat streaks are solid lines ?

Could be tumbling and spiking in brightness due to some reflective surface?
It's a high satellite based on the fact that it is still illuminated several hours after sunset.

I agree with Jim, it appears that the sat was quite dim in general (but you can see the solid streak) and then really quickly spikes in brightness.
Very neat capture Bob.
