Has anyone used this Vixen Tele-Extender?
      #5546928 - 11/30/12 10:24 AM

I was considering getting this Vixen Tele-Extender, has anyone out there used this? How well did it work? Any issues?

I am assuming it would work with my setup, since I am currently imaging with the Orion 8" f/3.9 imaging newt, and a Modified 450D DSLR. I looks like I can attach this right to the camera t-ring, and shoot at f/7.5 & 1500mm f.l. I was thinking it would be nice for some of the smaller planetary nebulaes and globulars.

I am also guessing that since I would be only using the center of the field, I don't have to worry about a lot of coma.

Thanks for the help!
