These look very similar to the ones worn by Batman and Robin but with hold -up devices modified from elastic to standard spectacle-frame style.

Would light-pollution filtered glasses be any good? I've been wondering if anything like this would help- I can't see much at all naked-eye from my home, but it would be great to have the same, large FoV provided by unaided eyesight, while also bringing more into view.
