CG-2 EQ or Skyprodigy 6 Alat-az computirzed mount?

So a while back i had bought a Astromaster 114....recently i bought the Celestron Skyprodigy 6 with a computerized Alt-AZ mount..im barely getting my feet wet in astrophotography..my DSO pics are a lil shaky and my guess is that my ALT-AZ mount isn't the best at tracking or jsut shaky...will it be bettor for me to use my CG-2 EQ mount(once i buy the motor for auto-guiding) or just keep my current mount??

How are you likeing the Skyprodigy 6 if you don't mind me asking. I've been trying to decide between Skyprodigy 6 and the 8se.
