Jupiter/Moon Conjunction, 28 Nov 2012 new
      #5546302 - 11/29/12 09:39 PM Attachment (20 downloads)

As Jason remarked and sketched so well, thin cloud made this beautiful conjunction even dramatic.

Pencil on white paper, Moon inverted then the whole thing inverted again in Paint.net. A bit more computer fudging than I like but it seems to work.

Oops, fixed the date.....

How fantastic with the additional element of the Jovian satellites! Yes, I believe you pulled off the thin cloud cover rather nicely. I have learned to accept the computer for what it is. In certain aspects I feel he computer offers power and control over the final product. It's a medium like anything else. Well done.

Mel,

Very nice, I was hoping to see a view with the moon of Jupiter included.

This is very nice, I was clouded out.

Frank
