C11 + Night Vision monocular new

Has anyone tried connect a Night Vision Monocular (like this http://main.yukonopticsglobal.com/product-overview-nv-5x60-night-vision-scope... ) to the eyepiece of a telescope with something like this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U0AveHNRsWA ? Will it work better than the eye at the eyepiece?

The idea is that the NV monocular will amplify the light from the telescope which exits the eyepiece will make you see much better the DSO light for which we use averted vision.
In all this experiment I'm not considering the IR emitter of the NV monocular.

I forgot to mention that a Focal Reducer could be used too.

Eddgie, I know you have NV and tons of experience with telescopes. Have tried you tried such an insane thing?

Thx t.r.!

I'll be dame, that's a nice NV eyepiece!

But I'm not from US ... so I'm only able to try the solution presented by me above.

I knew the NV + telescopes must work somehow.

I don't want to use a Mallincam due to cost and the lack of a lcd screen (I don't want to drag outside a separate TV/display + cables for Mallincam, especially in winter), but I thought the NV Monocular could be like a Mallincam + integrated LCD.
