Does LP increase during the holiday season?

Is there any noticeable difference in LP during the holidays due to all the lights put upon the houses? I know that is impossible to become dark adapted in my neighborhood with all the lights. One house has over 50,000 individual lights on it

I haven't noticed more sky glow from the neighborhood as a whole, but the house across the street's lights definitely factor in. Fortunately they turn them off around 9PM.
