I have been looking for a name for this on maps and have not found any. Has this ridge been named? The Cambridge Photographic Moon Atlas mentions this on frame 31A, feature #4 (Wallace) as "Southeast of the crater (Wallace) and lying parallel to the foot of Apennines, is an enlongated, nameless mountain range with an interesting structure". I wonder how many of the Lunar features which interest me were never named. Naming the various flow edges in the Maria would permit us to discuss them with each other when sharing comments on our photographs. One at the Apennines one at Archemedes and one at Montes Spitzbergen. It looks like the ridge in the link is closer to the Apennines. I can't find a name for it though. I'd suggest naming it after Sir Patrick Moore, RIP. He's done so much for astronomy and interest in the Moon (even if he was a volcanic versus impact theory of crater formation sympathizer). I think this mtn ridge near Wallace crater looks remarkably like the Queen Charlotte islands off the coast of British Columbia. Perhaps Charlotte would be a good name for it.
