Jupiter: Half Rotation Map!
      #5557963 - 12/06/12 05:40 PM

Greetings all!

Well, I spent a wonderful 6.5 hours on Jupiter last night, and as a result I was able to make the following map. The map covers a half rotation of the planet and extends from longitudes CM2: 145 to 327.

Best wishes,
-Paul.

Paul, that is outstanding! I've never seen a disk/strip combo sketch before.

Paul,

Terrific drawing! I like seeing all those features in context like that. One example: the prominent, dark, roiling appearance of the STB following the GRS gradually diminishing and dulling.

Also, congratulations on 6.5 hours of continuous clear weather.
