In 2012, I did a few one-off custom builds around client requests and specifications, resulting in a few unique builds heading around the world. There are potentially a few more coming in 2013, and I'd like to keep all these in one place.
So, my plan is to use this thread as a 'Gallery' and whenever another of these client custom builds is finished, I will present it by adding it to this thread.
I hope it will make for an interest collection!
First off, the Skylight 102/800 LOMO:

Skylight 100mm/F15 one-off complete with vintage mounting. It was interesting to re-visit this optic, as I was able to design it around the countercell pattern of my F13:

A Skylight 80mm/F8.75 achromat. The first of my refractors to go below the equator! ...lucky thing.
A jewellers screwdriver will allow quick removal/installation of the focuser from the mounting ring & the dew shield (3 screws each), and at 5kg (complete with TeleVue Starbeam, zoom eyepiece & diagonal) this scope could be carried in hand baggage. The integrated mounting foot allows it to be attached straight to a decent tripod...

For reference, the tripod below is a Manfrotto 501.
My 7 year old son thought this one was 'so cute'
