Baader Film or Glass Filter?

Hi everyone,
I would like to purchase a solar filter for my 4" acro telescope and was wondering what the preferred type of filter is to get started. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I haven't tried the glass filter but in every comparison I've seen the Baader film gets higher marks.

I've been using the glass Thousand Oaks ones here, nice clean views, good contrast.

2nd the Baader film. "Just make sure you order the film for your purpose i.e. Visual or Photographic."

Baader no question, the inexpensive glass filter coatings can delaminate over time. I had two do that, when the Badder film came on the scene I never looked back.
